Password no longer working?

Please note that your IT Self Service Portal (HEAT) password is not the same as your computer/VDI password. If you wish to reset your HEAT password so that it matches your computer/VDI credentials then please use the "Forgot Password" link above.

Accessing the Portal for the first time?

Click on the "Forgot Password" link above, then on the next page enter either your Trust Network Username or Email Address in the appropriate text box, click "Submit" and you will be emailed a Temporary Password.

Remember, your username is the same as your login to Trust computers
